Anyone have any ideas for me.

I am 7 weeks out and i trying to eat moist type foods.  The issue is i am sick of turkey meat loaf, eggs, greek yogurt.  I have tried turkey burgers and it did not work out to wel..
I dont like beans at all.. Can anyone give me some ideas..

Is there any veggies juice out there besides V8? I dont like tomato juice.

Is this a common issue for everyone too?

I used to eat tuna made with horseradish mustard. It is spicy and low fat. You can use dill relish also. When I used Mayo I used dried onion and plain horseradish for zip.

I don't like beans either. I just made chili without beans. WHat about Wendy's chili. You can puree it if necessary.

There is the V8 mixtures. There is also Fuze fusion drinks. I never did juices too much. Protein drinks took up a lot of my drinking and I was a big Crystal light fiend.

I also did ham salad and chicken salad also.

hey Scott,  one of my favorites is grilled or baked fish.  Lots of protein, and it goes down pretty easily.   Just a little seasoned salt or cajun seasoning and don't overcook.  I like salmon, orange roughy, mahi, talapia, grouper.  Shrimp or scallops also add a bit of variety and pack a good protien punch.

Hey Scott,

TunaTown (main OH forum) is a great place to get some excellent recipes. Dem' women do know how to cook. Most of the recipes appear to be pretty healthy as well although I've seen a few klunkers.

I'll just rattle off a few in no order really;  Egg or tuna salad  with low fat mayo and Mt. Olive pickle relish (made with Splenda) add a small amount of salt and pepper, a piece of low fat lunchen (chicken, turkey, roast beef) wrapped around a piece of string cheese wrapped around a piece of dark leafy green lettice (add alittle mustard and mayo)...chew well, try Wendy's Chili with cheese (yeh, you don't like beans...but taste can change)...I add my own cheese and their crackers to it, frozen shrimp...brought out of the freezer and put in the microwave for 20 seconds, cottage cheese with fruit, Healthy Choice Lemon Fish Dinner, non fat yogurt with fruit, make your own crock pot...vegetables and whatever meat and seasonings (I add wine...the alc cooks out),  a Carl's Jr. chicken sandwich without the bun or just the top half of the bun...scrape off the sauce, different dry nuts...these are what I have in the pantry...almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, dry roasted soy nuts (these last three I would get at the health food store), dry roasted peanuts, beef or turkey jerkey, cooked frozen vegetables, fresh spinach leafs (good for potassium and iron...Popeye was right), peanutbutter or almond butter...the kind with just peanuts and salt (your have to stir it up...because the oil at the top).  Hope these help.  Brian   PS I copied and pasted from your question on the Cali Board...didn't want to have to write twice.
