How to eat out at Golden Corral and still save money

I really like Fine Whines of OH assuming you don't mean your home state.  OSCAR as in the popular O S C A R song seems to be a rallying theme here especially when certain things reappear.  I used to eat at Golden Corral but there aren't any around here anymore.  For those of you who don't know, Golden Corral is a buffet restaurant chain which features a lot of fried, fatty, and high carb foods.  In contrast, I enjoy a buffet restaurant near me where I can have my fill of hot or cold shrimp among several protein sources;  they also have an awsome salad bar, fresh fruit, and cooked veggies.  I just have to eat slowly and always have my protein first.
