I think we all have had the pre-surgery doubts, questions, nerves, etc.  Nothing to worry about.  Even after I got home my first thoughts were "what the heck did I just do to myself?" "How could I have done this?".  Well 7 months later, 140 pounds lighter, 100 times healthier, I have zero regrets.  Sure I have tough times, but the rewards are unbelievable and I still have a long way to go.

Sending positive energy and healing your way.  It was really neat, I went swimming last weekend with my daughter at the public pool.  I wouldn't go near there three weeks ago.  I will join you in spending more quality time with our kids. See you back on line in a couple days.
