Question about rings.

I now weigh about what I did when I got married and graduated from college. Those two events happened within 5 months of each other. But I can't wear my wedding ring yet nor my college ring. I don't recall what I weighed when I quit wearing them on my way up the obesity ladder, but it damn sure seems like I ought to be able to wear them by now. Anybody else have or had that problem? And what might I expect?

Weddings rings are made to get tighter and tighter, as well as heavier and heavier, for every year you're married.

I haven't worn mine in 15 year or so and don't really have to wear it now I don't guess. It's just kinda curious that I can wear clothes that I wore back then, but can't wear the rings.

I just had my ring sized down from a 10 to a 7.5. I had to stop wearing it for a while because it would slip off.

My hands were the first sign I noticed that I was loosing weight. My wedding band started sliding off. My hands and feet were the first thing to get smaller. Now if the rest of me would just catch up. Maybe its your subconcious telling you body what your head doesn't want to admit. Just kidding. I love my wife but don't let her know it.

I've lost a lot of flesh in my hands and feet also. I'd forgotten that hands and feet were supposed to have veins visible through the skin, but hey, they're there now. You can look in my profile at the before pics and see that my hands look like water baloons. And my rings come closer to fitting now than they did then, but they still don't fit. I'm wondering if years of HBP has stretched the blood vessels in my fingers so much that I just retain a lot of fluid there now. It's curious.
