jbob To answer your question I do load and unload my truck almost every time which can be rolling certain pieces of equipment and unpacking to manually handling freight, but I decided that I wouldn't count that as exercise because when I started my WLS journey I made a promise to myself I would take special time each day to do some kind of exercise. I know my pea brain if I started counting work related as exercise I would rationalize it to the point that I wouldn't do any?
