Yo Dave I've thought about yoga never tried it before, is it anything you can do on your own? Even from the start? I travel all the time and formal classes probably would be hit and miss. C'ya Bob

Hi Bob,

Yes, you definitely can do it on your own. Here's just one example of a video you can take with you on your laptop or memorize bit by bit:

http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=AgocbCLkapY

That circuit was my first experience with yoga. I was trying to prepare for a triathlon using this yoga and breath training (see the controversial book, Mind, Body, Sport on Amazon or on Quackwatch!), so I was doing this at least 36 times a day while only doing minimal swimming biking and running.

You can look for more on Youtube or ask a youngster how to download the torrent for P90X yoga so you can get it for free.

Best Wishes,

Dave

Sure, Bob.

You can Google "download youtube video" and several sites will pop up. Just pace the internet address of a video you like in there and you can download it to your computer. Since the file you download will be .flv Flash format, you'll also need to download and install the free "FLV Player" software. (all of this if you want to take a laptop with you.

Hope This Helps,

Dave
