went bicycle riding again today with my wife.  We only rode 8.8 miles taking a different route this time.  It was much hillier so I got my heart going.  I had enough with that. Averaged  9.9 miles and hour at about 52 minutes.

While I haven't made it riding today I did cut the grass and trim hedges. I hope to go for a ride or walk once the wife gets home.

I did some "labor" on Labor Day.  6 hours of flashing wood trim with aluminum and some light exterior painting.  Going up and down ladders really kicks your butt.

It's just been go go go since my 4.5 hours of biking and hot yoga on Sunday (It's Tuesday here now and already done some of my Tuesday work as well).

Monday 7:30 a.m., it was YogaX which is quite a stretching and upper body workout. I'm trying to whip an out of shape coworker into shape and it helps me get it done early in the day.

Monday 4:00 p.m. P90X Chest and Shoulders workout (about 200 pushups of different kinds, 100 pullups of different grips, mixed with three kinds of bent over rows.)

Recovery just keeps getting better and better. Everyone emphasizes recovery between workouts, but from what I'm seeing recovery can also be improved , recovery time shortened, as can tiredness experienced from exercise.

Best Wishes,

Dave
