follow up appointment

Today I had an appointment with my surgeon as a follow up for some minor complications. He said everything looked good and he thinks the seroma has finally stopped draining and I am on the mend. While I was there we did a one month weigh in and I have lost 36 lbs in my first month, Not to bad in my book. I was kind of disappointed I was thinking it was going to be more around 45 pounds. but I have never lost 36 pounds in a month. On a side note I beat my wifes 2 month weight loss by a pound she is down 35. I dont think she was to happy that I have all ready lost more then she has. I think i will just hold on and see where this ride takes me.

Don't tell her this but men usually lose faster than women. Drives em crazy

Great job!!  Keep up the excellent work!  One of my goals is to weigh less than my wife as she swears that I will NEVER weigh less than her! It has inspired me greatly and lately I am getting closer and closer to her.....someday I will celebrate my victory and she will be ultra pissed!!

36lbs. in a month, that's GREAT!!!!!
