Hopefully soon we shall hear something

This past month I have been doing all the pre-op test required for my insurance to hopefully approve my surgery.  Well, I went to my PCP today and got all my tests and took them to my surgeons office.  The nurse looked at it and she will give it to the Doc and after he looks at it they will send to the insurance for review and hopefully God willing I will get approved.  I'm just worried about something.  I was on my insurance website and was reading the requirements for them to approve the surgery.  That I have to have at least 1  Co-Morbid.  Happy or Sad to say I do not have any.  When I did my barrium swallow they said I had a little acid reflux but not much.  Hopefully they will see my BMI of 59 and approve it anyways.  The nurse advised me that it should take between 2 or 3 weeks to hear back from the insurance.  Well, you all take care.  By the way I love to read all your posts they inspire me so much and hopefully if I get approved I can look as good as some of you guys.  Take care.

Thanks,
Albert

There's roughly 300 million people in America. I'm guessing 150 million of them are male. I don't have any idea how many of those are struggling with their weight but it's probably a ****load. And of all these people, there's two guys on here from the same little spot in the road in west Texas. Albert went to HS in Crane and I coached him and his little brothers back in the mid 90's. It's amazing to me that we ran in to each other on OH. Welcome to the board Albert, and keep us posted on your progress.

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
