Does this sounds like too much
Talked to my NUT and it varies for everyone based on size and body type, but for me, they want me to target 1200 cals total intake per day and at least 80 grams protein. There are times I can eat a lot more but I try not to. When I feel like this, I up the water. Some days the hunger is a beast and some days, dont want to eat a thing. This is common during the early months but will stabilize more over time.
When I was 2 months out, I was probably getting in 700-800 cals. Four months out, I got as high as 1400-1500 cals (unbelieveable but true, it doesnt take much fried food or carbs to bump you that high), but I was no****ching what I ate and the weight loss slowed a ton. Wasnt drinking like I should either. Five months out, refocused my intake on protein and low carb and at least 64oz water and my hunger has stabilized a ton. These days, around 1000 cals (90+ grams protein) a day does it for me. Try to eat 3 main meals and 2 to 3 snacks a day. Will keep your hunger stable and fool the body into avoiding starvation, which will ultimately keep the fat burn going.
