How many of you have "dumped"?
Foobear just said he never dumped and I've haven't either so I thought it would be interesting to see how many of us have acutally dumped. I chose not to open "Pandora's Box" during my first year by not eating any foods high in sugar and fat since I figured if I didn't dump, I would be temped to eat crap which would impair my journey to goal weight.

Dumping for me means displeasure at the tail end of the pipe, if you know what I mean. No sickness, sweating, etc. from inappropriate eating. I just get the runs and it usually occurs the morning after.
Although, like most of you, I don't really test the sugar foods. One food that really gets to me is beef brisket. Eating a small quantity of that usually has the same results as magnesium citrate.

Play hard or go home.

I have dumped one time. It lasted 10 hours!! It was either from a cream soup (alot of butter and cream) or ham. Both still do not sit well with my pouch. I have heard pork, deer, and lamb are very hard to digest for most post WLS people. Also beef for people early on, but later 2-3 months they will be able to handle it much better. Others with beef...they may never be able to eat it again. Each person is different. Brian
My dumping is severe abdominal PAIN that requires an ER visit and have to get shot up with morphine....
If I eat too much sugar/fatty stuff, I'll have to run into ER ASAP, while yelling for assistance...lol
It's funny now but I've had to go to ER about 7 times within a year...not fun especially when it happens during a weekday in the evening (workweek) and have to be discharged at 3am then go to work tired
