Rode 19.7 miles, 40 incline sit-ups, 20 push-ups, full body moderate weights, 50 leg lifts, 25 min on Gravity Glider. Walked a few miles this morning at the River Festival.

Walked 2 miles first thing this morning and will walk 2 more before I hit the rack tonight.

Ran 10 miles; 1:38 something, and walked a mile to cool down, then streached for 15 minutes. First long run in 3 weeks. Had a little knee pain last time so that is why no long runs. Felt good, over done it a little probably, have some pain again, it hurts right under my knee cap at the top of my shin bone. I will give it a couple of days rest and then short runs of 3 to 5 miles. Had a bag of frozen vegies on it earlier and it helped.
