Hit a Wall

Hey Guys,

I have to admit that I have been a little frustrated lately. I seem to have hit a wall. I weighed in on August 14th and was at 389. I just bought a scale that maxes out at 380 and keep getting a "can't read error".

I am right around seven weeks out and. Any best practices that you can recommend? What were you doing for your diet at this point? I am looking at gyms in the area, do you have any suggestions as to what I should be looking for?

Did any one else see this?

Thanks,
Ryan L.

You're doing fine.  Follow doctor's orders.  Movement of any kind can help.  Things like extra walking, working around the house, taking on little projects like cleaning the car should help with the weight loss.  It is strange, but I found doing projects (without pooping out) would help me to lose more weight than trying to exercise early on.  Enjoy the ride...cause your new shape will be coming quickly.  Brian

Relax- Work your program. You might also try upping your water one day n upping your protein the next. The body gets complacent n if you vary how you do things it can jumpstart a weightloss.
