Sup guys havent been on here for about 2 months. But here is my latest update, weight loss has slowed down but I know it has to do with my weight training I have been doing. All my comorbidalties(high blood pressure, borderline diabetic, High cholesterol, sleep apnea) are gone, labs are good. Changed my routine from cardio and fat burning to heavy resistance training and muscle endurance. I am down to a 34 inch waist from an all time high of 48". I am wearing a size M/L shirt from a 4XL. I run about 2-3 miles 2 times a week and weight train 4 times a week. I know I've done good but being only 9 months out I still got a lifetime ahead of me!
Headin to Hawaii for a week on Saturday and plan on doing the Diamondhead Hike, last time I was there I weighed 385 and didnt even think about doing it. I have to stay on top of my workouts while I am on vacay but I already found a 24hr fitness a block from my hotel so Im gonna workout there.

Sorry to rant but here are my #s
April 2007 my heaviest = 390lbs.....
Dec 2007 day of surgery = 358lbs
Today: 208lbs with 14% bodyfat.

Keep up the good work Losers!

It's all good Miko especially your body fat %.   I can tell you be serious about this fitness stuff when you find a fitness joint to go to while on vacation.

Best of luck with your hike and let us know how it goes.

Thanks Boner. I figure its a way of life now not just a task like I thought it was before. I am actually looking into getting certified as a personal trainer but I figure I need to get myself right before I help anyone else. I will definitely let you guys kno how the hike goes, I hope to post some cool pictures of me at the top once I get back.
