IDGOMB SUNDAY
The Bikram Hot Yoga/ Double P90X combo is paying great dividends. Although I had not been on a run for about 5 weeks, was able to jog up and downhill for 50 minutes and then mountain bike the same (offroad with good climbs) without any muscle soreness.
104 in 104!
Sunday, well the semester is starting back up so I didn't do anything until the evening so I did a double hot yoga, that's two back-to-back 90 minute, 52 position yogas in a 104 degree room. So, 104 (positions) in 104 degrees over a three hour period.
