Morning: Still on a roll with my coworker. We haven't missed a weekday of 7:30 P90X yet and we're starting on our second week. So Monday morning we did the P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout. 

Night: Did my 17th Bikram hot yoga session in a month. I haven't had this level of flexibility since my teens. I'm going for at least 30, maybe 35 sessions by the time my memership runs out at the end of the month. Then I'll join again for a month during the break in February. Just too pricey and with the 30 minute commute time consuming to keep up all of the time.

Walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes at lunch today.

Not much to say other than, UB amazing NotDave!! What a frickin' inspiratation to me given this, your HIIT stuff, etal. Your conditioning program is at an amazing level for any human let alone a former obese one!

Thanks and you too. Your long bike rides in the mtns of Colorado are truly inspirational. Hard to believe you were once well above 500 lbs. As for me, I guess I've just kept it up. I remember being between 260 and 280 pre-op (BMI 40+) and doing 10+ hours a week during the exercise challenge. More important is, I just like doing it. Or maybe I should say I've brainwashed myself into liking it.

Walked the 1.65 to work, did about an hour of upper body lifting, pecs tris bis lats and delts, walked 1.65 back to the house. Twas a good day.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

Walked 25 minutes and 35 minutes so far today.  60 minutes X 3.5 miles per hour...3.5 miles so far.  Hope to do at least 30 minutes more today.  I get in between 4-7 miles per day because of the heart.  Got OKed for work today.  I do security/maintenance so I'll be walking alot at work too.  Brian
