OT: He's Back!!

I thought for sure he would sign with someone OTHER than Astana. I mean, they already have Alberto Contador and Levi. Someone will have to leave. I think Columbia or Garmin-Chipotle would be a better place for Lance.

 Glad to hear he's coming back. Who else has the balls...er BALL to win the tour?
