Still haven't transitioned to any solid foods yet. Doctor wont let me until the G-tube comes out on Monday. I typically have 400 to 600 calories and around 75 to 80 grams of protien. A typical day might be:
Breakfast: Carnation SF Instant Breakfast with skim milk and 1 Scoop of Unjury Unflavored Protien. 220 cals, 33g protien
Mid morning snack (Early Riser): Isopure Zero Carb Drink 160 Cals, 40g protien
Lunch: Fiber one creamy non-fat yogurt: 60 cals, 4g protien
Dinner: Instant Cream of Wheat with Skim Milk 140 cals, 11g Protien
Breakfast: Carnation SF Instant Breakfast with skim milk and 1 Scoop of Unjury Unflavored Protien. 220 cals, 33g protien

I'm a lot less strict as you guys but for me the key has been portion control.

Snack: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread
Lunch: Myoplex Lite
Other 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
PM Snack: Fruit (peach, watermelon, grapes)
String Cheese
Wheat Thins
2nd PM Snack: Granola Bar
Dinner: 2 Chicken Drumsticks
Mac & Cheese 1/3 C
Breakfast: 1/2 Bagel with Cream Cheese
3 Turkey Bacons
Snack: 1/2 Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread
Lunch: Myoplex Lite
Other 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
PM Snack: Fruit (peach, watermelon, grapes)
