Thursday 7:30 a.m. :  P90X Plyometrics (jump training) DVD
Thursday  7:00 p.m.: 90 minutes of Bikram hot yoga - My 20th session anniversary. It's been five weeks and flexibility just gets better every session. Wish I could say the 5th week were a lot easier than the first, but even though I'm fitter and have less body fat, the body never gets used to that kind of heat. The only real difference is I have fewer "half-bonks" and "near bonks" now.

ok, today was a close one.   I didn't get around to walking at work today and almost talked myself out of doing it today.  HOwever,  IDGOMB and went to the YMCA where I did two reps of the cybex weight system and 20 minutes on the treadmill  alternating between walking and running.
