Thursday 7:00 p.m.: 90 minutes of Bikram hot yoga - My 20th session anniversary. It's been five weeks and flexibility just gets better every session. Wish I could say the 5th week were a lot easier than the first, but even though I'm fitter and have less body fat, the body never gets used to that kind of heat. The only real difference is I have fewer "half-bonks" and "near bonks" now.
