1 hour walking (bout 3 miles) I took it at a slower pace and increased the distance.  I also stopped by the health room at work and did two sets each on my biceps and triceps

Drove in rain all day really wanted to ride but did work arms with light weights and hope to walk a couple miles this evening if I run out off the rain. C'ya Bob

What a killer day Friday was!

Morning: YogaX, 50 minutes. This is a yoga which covers all of the bases in terms of cardio, upper lower body and core strength as well as balance and flxibility (if you do the entire 90 minutes(

Night: 104 at 104 = Double Bikram hot yoga sessions. That's 104 poses over three hours in a 104 degree room

Needless to say (or in my case, maybe I really do need to say it...) I'm taking Saturday (which happens to be right now) off.
