WTF... 17 days post op
I stayed stalled at my 2 week mark for about a week. One thing that comes to mind is that you seem to be eating a lot of calories for this stage. My NUT told me that I was eating too much when I was in the 600s. I said, "well I'm hungry." she challenged that, and I ahve to say that what I felt was probably more emotional hunger than physical hunger. Just a thought. But, mostly, hang in there, it will drop, I promise.
Make sure your getting all the fluids in. In regards to the excercise, your body is used to the normal workday activity and wlking you do. need to get above and beyond the normal daily activity. Your doing great for being 17 days out. Before you know it the weight loss will pick up again and you will be on your way.
