Sunday, returned to Y and did thirty minutes of nonstop lap swim.  Mostly freestyle, but also a couple laps each of breast stroke and back stroke.

Ran 8.5 miles, walked .25 to warm up and 1.5 to cool down, man it was hot. Tried out a new pair of running shorts had no pockets so I tied my keys to the draw string. When I went to untie it to get my keys, the string was so wet that the sweat poured off of it when I untied the knot. Wanted to run 10 miles but just kind of ran out of gas. But it's all good. 2 years ago I couldn't run around the block.
