GETTING THE PACKET TOGETHER............

I got the call from my Surgeons office today.. Actually a MSG I never talk to them directly. Anyway, they told me to start getting my packet together for the insr company They want it in October so that it will be ready to go to the insr company November 1 ... Anyone have any suggestions?? I was thinking of sending along a couple of nude shots to get my point across. But, I wouldnt want to give anyone a nightmare. Has anyone included anything in theirs that was a PLUS other then complete documentation that was proven useful??? Let me know... Im trying to predict the next hurtle they'll throw me....

Good luck with the insurance company bud..You might want to have copies from your Dr from the last five years showing your weight.  I got a no on the first round due to this, and as soon as i faxed it all over i got the approval in 24hrs..

Oh I got all that.. Actually I went on over kill for that I actually went back 10 years (wasnt easy LOTS of different Doctors) Collected record of EVERY DOCTORS VISIT, EVERY EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT, EVERY WORK PHYSICAL. I even got my ORTHO to write a letter stating that my knee and ankle problems were caused by my weight.
