The Number 1 WORST food in America

It's funny what some people can and can't tolerate. I would never have guessed cheese fries would work by lettuce doesn't, which is kind of where I am.
It seems many people build a tolerance to carbs and fat. My carb loading did that to me. I used to get really hot and have a strange feeling in my hands and legs and cramp up really often. Now it never happens.
That is TERRIBLE!!! Thats like suicide with a knife and fork.
For those interested in the DS math (perhaps a preop looking into which weight loss surgery would be best for them long term), the DS would make this a more acceptable meal:
The original would have 2900 calories
182 grams of fat: meaning 1638 calories from fat
240 g of carbs: meaning 960 calories from carbs.
that leaves 302 calories, which I'm guessing comes from protein in the bacon...I'll assume thats the case
DSers only absorb 19 percent of the fat we eat, and 50 percent of the protein, we count all of the carb calories even though no one absorbs all the carbs they eat, fiber can be subtracted out...but since this is a white potato, I'm guessing there is very little fiber so I'll count all the carbs:
With this in mind here is the "DS MATH"
1638 calories from fat x .19 = 311.22
312 calories from protein x .5 = 156
960 cals from carbs = 960
Total absorbed by a DSer = 1427.22 calories.
Since DSers have VSG tummies, I'd probably eat only 1/3 at most (have to save room for a protein dinner).
This would mean that I'd take in ruffly 475 calories compared to a normal persons 967 calories.
While I wouldn't eat this everyday, although most days I eat a lot of carbs, I try to avoid drinking sugary drinks and eating high carb meals (i.e. pasta) because both of those things tend to lead to weight regain.
But as you can see (again for preops) long terms this would make a significant difference for those of you who like to eat foods like this.....and still want to be able to eat these post op. DSers do not dump on fatty foods....the only "side effect" of this type of eating would possibly be a bigger **** in the morning (fat kind of lubes things up...and comes out the other side when it's not absorbed)...lol.

I guess it is all up to the individual. I know I still do not have carbination or sugar. I can't eat lettuce or rice.
As far as carbs, I generally allow myself one carb a day. I have had a sandwich, taco, pizza and french fries, along with a potato now and again.
I try to be very conscience of my food addiction that lead me to the surgery, but I find I can have a small dose of these foods now and again and don't crave them and can mix in with the new lifestyle. I never have desert though, so I guess it is whatever works for you.
