For those into spices.

When I first started out, I used to put a tablespoon of horseradish in my tuna salad. Gives it a nice kick but doesn't overwhelm it.

What kinds of things do you put in stuff to spice it up

Well for tuna, I'll do the horseradish, or that chinese hot mustard for the kick...

Frankly, I use horseradish on almost anything from fish to deli sliced turkey... I love the stuff...

These two are hot, but not a lingering hot like jalapenos...

I use pinapple salsa and fat free mayo on my tuna.
