IDGOMB - Thursday

 Yes, I did as you may have imagined, get off my butt on Thursday.

With classes starting, I've only been averaging one P90X workout per day and nothing else. 

Thursday's was an evening workout to the tune of the DVD "Core Synergistics."  As with other P90X workouts, the warmup and even some of the exercises have yoga overtones and there is also overlap in other areas with at least 2-3 other DVD's. 

This video has you rolling on the floor with a bowed body, has you doing mountain climbs like the old sports coaches used to love, has some stuff where you're up on one hand and have the other stretched toward the sky and has some stuff in squat and lunge position, to name a few. It also contains a couple of jump moves. One has you jump left to right repeatedly over a towel. The other is Heisman drills and American footballesque "High kneed tire jumps."

What a blast! That's all I could handle today with two 90 minute classes taught.

Had/Have a long day knocking out a few miles driving but got in about 30min of walking and 40 push-ups, worked arms light weights.

An hour spinning while watching the Buffaloes kick the crap out of the Mountaineers and my 30 minute core workout while watching the Buffaloes kick the crap out of the Mountaineers
