Early out stall

Its been 26 days and no loss in weight. Getting paranoid now,doing all  I should and still no results. Everyone keeps telling me its a stall for my body to recoop and its normal. My 2 month visit is October 3rd,if I havent lost by then I will then be real paranoid especially when my doc said last visit I would be down to 249 no problem.

Could you post what you eat and drink normally. Also are you getting enough protein in and water and are you walking. It's not uncommon to have a stall. You might be carrying a lot of excess fluid if you do a lot of salt etc. Also do you take measurements.  Sometimes we lose inches instead of pounds because we are converting fat into muscle.

BTW Stressing about this can add weight so try n relax.

DocMaster, One way to fool your body is increase your protein in the past the amount of food you took in brought your protein up so your body thinks it starving by increasing your protein it thinks your bring back the food volume and will resume burning the fat. Good Luck Rocky Top
