IDGOMB - Friday
Morning: P90X Shoulders and Arms weight training routine. The trainer calls this one the "glamour" routine. It's a dumbell workout for shoulders, biceps and triceps. Nonetheless, all P90X standing exercises are done either in a lunge position or a semi-squat position, which gives the exercise core overlap and adds a bit of a stretch.
Night: Bikram Hot Yoga. My heart was pounding so hard it felt as if it were going to jump out of my chest. I'm sure it did not fall below 150 BPM the entire time. It was so hard that I wanted to quit a couple of times, but just kept on going the entire 90 minutes. It's hard to quit when you have all of those energetic people around you working so hard, and when there are no real rests so in 25 sessions I've never stopped to rest.

I jacked off in the shower this morning. Does that count?
(I can't believe I found a little smilie dude spitting on his hand.)

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

In theory, just standing up counts as getting off yer butt.
Sure, as long as it took longer than 20 minutes and you're showing some redness/ irriation. 20 minutes or three shootoffs either one would put that in the category of workout.
I suppose there must be a stroke count involved as well. They have pedometers for walking, do they have a "flogometer" for whitewater wristing?
Good "onya!" Keep up the good work!
