head hunger

I have the worst case of head hunger today. My mouth wants to eat but my stomach feels full. I just drank a shake (protein) to try and calm things. I feel like I need a pacifier to chew on or something

SF gum, Snick and in 20 minutes or so.....the head hunger will pass. Works for me every now and then.  

But, what really works for me without fail is to get up, take a walk and chug some water while I'm doing it. Now, if I could only do that every time, I would be able to take off this last 15 pounds.

Is there something in particular bugging you?  I get that way either when I'm over tired or when I''m bugged by something.

I remember reading, with great compassion, your eating after being upset with your kid.

Other than I didn't want to go to work today but hey that's everyday. I think there might be carb cravings in there also. I'm just a whiny butt. I'm hitting the water now. Unfortunately I am stuck to this des****il 11:00
