In addition to double woopie with the wife, let's see..

In the morning before:

One hour of running and one hour of mountain bike on rough terrain.

Nothing in the evening, I'm saving up for my final week of Bikram Hot Yoga. Next week will be no Karate and no Jump Training or Core workouts. All weights and Bikram Yoga and maybe one session of YogaX on Tuesday, which is a national holiday here.

Best Wishes,

Dave

Thanks Dave your kicking butt as usual. I think Jfish is cranking out a little more exercise!

I actually did 2 sessions with the Trike.  On the first one, I went 10 times the length of my porch.  But, On the 2nd one I could only do 8 times.  I'm really surprised how much it's working my abs plus I start to feel a little sore in the back.  That makes me think it may not be the best exercise for someone with a bad back.  I think most people would do better to sample the equipment they want to try.

I do know that I used to really love going to the health club and using their pool.  I never had any problems with their pools and I was blessed with the fact that they had therapy pools for people getting physical therapy.  I was allowed to use them without paying anything extra because that was all that I was using there.  However, when I fell twice on their property within one week, they terminated my membership and refunded my advance money.  So, I joined the YMCA but got some sort of skin irritaion from the water in their pool.  I developed eczema on my left foot that weeps.  And, by law in NJ, you can't use a public pool if you have cuts, bruises, any sort of rash, sunburn, or any other skin opening.  I'd just wait until I was healed and go back to the Y and the whole thing would start all over again.  I had to quit.  I don't know what was different with the water in the gym, but it never irritated my skin.

I do suggest that other guys with back or knee problems look into using a pool.  You guys down South can just use the Gulf, the Ocean, or one of those many lakes you have.  Yeah, I know from Country songs that a lot of you go swimming in rivers too.  I did that when I was a kid in NJ.
