one month to go

I can't believe I am down to a month until my surgery! I am ready to become a loser!

I have been going Through my summer clothes and packing the things away I won't be wearing ever again. Not giving them away until after my surgery, who knows what might happen  before then.

I start my pre-op diet in 2 weeks, but I am going to start making changes and drinking shakes before then to get myself ready.

That month will go by quick.  Good job on starting the shakes early.  Will make every thing go better.  Michael
