IDGOMB Wednesday (+YogaX Images)
All day: I just did one P90X workout called YogaX. It's 90 minutes long and reputedly the most gruelling yoga DVD available. I broke a light sweat. Here are the ones that are difficult or impossible for me:
Standing Split. This is a little difficult until it goes into the move of the pic which comes after.
When you start putting one hand in the air, the standing split becomes the Crescent Pose.
When you put the opposite hand in the air, it becomes the Twisting Crescent Pose
I can do this one, but it is difficult. It's called the Wheel.
What I can't yet do is the advanced posture of the Wheel, where the foot goes into the air.
What can you say about P90X? Beachbody.com is a lot like Microsoft or Google. They market the hell out of their products to the extent that people cease to trust them, but in the end they have the resources to put out a product that covers all of the bases for an advanced exercise routine. The trainer Tony Horton (46-7?) is very charismatic and motivational. He says Yoga above anything has gotten him to the point where he can do 20 pullups.

Way to get out there. Can't go wrong by making the core your core routine (Do it for the corps! Where is Semperfidad, speaking of the corps workout?)

It's just that now that I'm starting to look good, I want to look DAMNED GOOD.
And I'm to damned cheap to pay others to do it.
And btw Dave. That yoga **** looks...........interesting.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

3 hours of ironing clothes? I think I'd rather continue to dress like a flood victim.
