Lots going on that I can't really share .  Major changes happening in life at the moment and praying this is not going to be my ultimate f**k up in this life.  Been in four week stall that may have broken or loss is result of using different set of scales but hey, five pounds is five pounds. 

Went back to hospital Friday where I had my surgery for the first post op nutrition class (11 days after surgery) and lost 13 lbs.  Michael

Down 2 pounds this week - energy level WAY up! Thought it would be more since I have been VERY active this week.
