Hers my two cents. Crushing is alot like fantasy. It typically never works out in real life. I know this because I have had several over the years and none of them were worth the effort to even attempt trying to keep going. It seems that big people as a rule handle rejection like death sentences. We remorse when other people snub us up or just hang us out to dry. Trust me I have seen it from the thin side and the thick. I would hope your friend would at least seek out someone that has some similar interests reguardless of how they are built. The thing I could stress is if the attraction is sexual then consider your time spend over a years period with someone 24 and 7 actually engaged in sexual would run about 1-maybe 2 percent of the time. Having commone interests would greatly help out the other 90 something percent of the time. I have seen many guys in the forties get the itch and want to relive their glory days with some twenty something girl that looks like a pinup doll. The funny thing about that is it mainly only happens when they have tons of money and viagra. The down side is they get married and by the time they are fifty and the girl is 35 and still going strong she gets half his stuff with a divorce and retires to some younger man. So I hope your friend will put this non working thing in a basket as old news and get on with working towards someone that will love her for who she is not what she is.

Hmmmm???? WHAT???
I honestly,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Im not sure what you're saying. I dont want to come  across as mean but, maybe the teen board would be more appropriate... If you want an ADULT point of view I  would tell her to MOVE ON.. But, Im not sure I understood the question.
