Man it feels good to weigh 321 lbs...

I have deliberately been avoiding the scale since it never seems to do what I ask, so today, against my better judgement, I hopped on and was amazed at what I saw.

Now most of you may be thinking dang hes retarded for being happy at 321 lbs.  Consider just 11 months ago I weighed in at 462 lbs.  At that point, I knew it was time to get my life back.  So I focused my efforts on flying through all my preops and was lucky enough to have surgery on April 11 2008.  By the time I had surgery, I had dropped 29 lbs.  Took me 5 months to lose just that little bit.  Since surgery a little over 5 months ago, I have dropped 112 lbs.  It just blows my mind that preop, it took me 5 months to lose 29 lbs and postop, in roughly the same amount of time, I have lost almost 4 times that amount.  This surgery has saved my life. 

So, yep, I am happy to weigh 321 lbs, but even more so, I am looking forward to the 200's.  Hopefully won't be too much longer.

 That's fantastic! I know in just 6 months for me I've lost from 345 to 232 (current weight) and it just feels so amazing to be able to see the ole twig and berries without lying down and sucking in the gut until I start to feel lightheaded. Just wait until you're in the 200's you're gonna freak out when those numbers start falling like a waterfall! And get ready to spend a fortune on new clothes sheesh.
