Monday Coffee Talk
Good Monday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! I sure have missed all of you, but I really enjoyed the time away on our honeymoon. Lucy and I saw some wonderful things and some things we missed. HA! She enjoyed her 1st cruise. She's hooked! We can't wait for the January cruise with all of you that are going!
Our challenge for today is to remember to take all of your vitamins. Vitamins are VITAL in our weight loss routine. If you have been missing them, it is VERY important that you take them and take them EVERY DAY! If you are like me and have been years out and you are at a stall, maybe it is because you aren't taking your vits. We know that if we want to continue to lose and maintain, we have to eat right, drink our water, get in our protein and TAKE OUR VITAMINS! Mutli vitamin and calcium EVERY DAY! Let's just do it!
So, who's up this morning? What cha sipping on? Me? I haven't unpacked the Island coffee yet so I am sipping on some wonderful Boca Java Deep Blue Blueberry coffee this morning. It sure is good too.
