Cereal and Breakfast
If you do like cereal...for a change of pace from oatmeal, shredded wheat or Kashi...I eat Kellogg's Special K ....Protein Plus. It has 10g protein, 3g fat, 14g carbs, 2g sugar, 5g fiber and zero cholesterol in 3/4 cup.....and if you add the protein from the milk or lactaid you use...you get a nice protein rich breakfast. It's made of wheat, soy and rice flakes. I eat it when I have time and to have something different once in awhile!!!
I'm glad you brought this up because I enjoy sharing my cereal I eat everyday.
I buy a box of All Bran Cereal, a container of Quaker oats, raw almonds, raw walnuts, and a small bag of flax seeds.
I mix all the above together and eat it with a banana and fat free lactaid milk....IT IS YUMMY! Oh, and I add 1 or 2 packets of Equal.....It's the bomb!
