Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone. Time to rise and shine. A new day is here. It's going to be a great one too. Do you have a full plate today? I know I do. Many things to try to tie up today playing catch up from the last 2 weeks of wedding and honeymoon. It is OK though. Well worth it!
Our challenge today is to overcome head hunger. Are you really hungry when you eat or are you eating out of habit or just because the food is there. Our tool gives us the feeling of fullness and satisfaction, but our heads try to tell us otherwise. Today, lets beat our heads/minds at their own games. Let us NOT eat when we feel like it, but eat ONLY when it is time or when we are REALLY hungry. Head hunger is a mind game. I like mind games in that I love to beat them. Let's beat this one today. I know we can. STOP GRAZING and eat ONLY when we are TRULY hungry and need food! Kicking it up a notch to stay on track!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on this morning? Me? I am LOVING this Angel Mist coffee sent to me by my awesome and sweet friends Carmen and Mr. John. This coffee has the sweetest and most smooth taste. You'd love it, I'm sure. Only thing missing is you.
Lucy made it home safe and is trying to tie up a few things there. I can't wait till her flight home Tuesday! I miss this woman so badly! Say a prayer for her. She really needs it right now.
