The fact that they are asking for an MMPI indicates that you have a very responsible surgeon. The MMPI has been around longer than any other test and there are tens of thousands of validation experiments that have been done with it. You can't cheat on it, because it is designed to score emperically rather than with face validity. That means that, for example, the way that they know what an answer or pattern of answers means is that they test lets say 1000 people with a phobia, then they look at your test and see if it has a similar pattern of answering questions to the way that they answered. Its really very cool.

It the psychologist will review the results with you afterwards it can be very interesting and helpful.

As this point Im not shy..... If it helps me go past this srprvss diet and on to surgery l'LL GET NAKED FOR ANYONE......................................... Im still contemplating sending the nude photograph to the insr company.. They might scream but the couldnt come back and say I dont hvae a problem.
