I'se be MistyLynn but I don't know what the heck is going on or how one of my topics or anything woulda got over here. I mostly stay in R&Rs which is where that post was posted too sooo weird. I got a email telling me someone replied to my topic and this was where it brought me. Someone could be hacking the OH system. It probably wouldn't be too hard. That's one of the dangers of social networking site. Deleted posts also remain somewhere for a while.
There could be a twisted vengeful member or maybe some kid playing around with the OH posts.
You got me. All I know is that I was trying to post an article and an error occured and your post appeared.
Probably won't happen again, but you could contact OH about it, I suppose. I suppose there is some small chance it's a hacker/ member.
Best Wishes,
Dave
I looked at the link. One of our local TV stations had mentioned this a few weeks ago. Their take on it was that people benefit from even short periods of standing. That is, if you are an avowed couch potato, you would help yourself a lot to even stand during commercials for as long as you can. Just that tiny bit of exercise in standing and remaining standing can help with burning fat.
Nick,
At any rate, sounds like "tightening down the band" and exercising is working for you at keeping the food intake down.
My semesters at work are 15 weeks long and I have two of them a year. All else remaining the same, I seem to get less fat buildup in my skin when the semesters are going on and I have to stand up to teach class. Of course there are other factors: Less time to eat, more walking, elevated heart rate from rushing around.
What was interesting from the video on that link was how the blood serum became cloudy in the same person just from sitting. Pretty scary looking stuff.
Best Wishes,
Dave
