been a long time...

Hey guys!

I used to get on and read posts every day...  not so much anymore...
hope all is going well with y'all. 
It's been 2.5 years since my bypass, and 1 year since an internal hernia repair, and all is going well.

three years ago i weighed 330 lbs.
these days i stay between 190 and 195.

I spend way more time on Facebook these days than OH.  any of you on there?

My daughter spent 6 months near Augusta MT last year.  She'll never be a flatlander again.  She wants to get out of California and head back up there...Brian

Glad to hear from you and congrats on your weight loss maintenance.  Has it been a struggle to maintain your weight?

it's been no struggle at all.  I do need to get back to a more serious exercise regimen.  This winter will be a good time to hit the treadmill, exercise ball, walk the dog, try new things like skiing, etc.
