I have a cookbook question for anybody interested.  I have another 450 plus recipes that I that perfected, organized, and gotten ready to be published.  I don't want to make the investment unless I feel that I can sell them (you know how things are now with the economy).  My question..... do you think it would be worth it?  I sold 1000 copies of the first one...and am not sure about publishing the second...  I need your advice!!!!  THANKS!!!!!!

there are print on demand publishers that will print only what you need.

Someone I know was just raving about an online ordering service called LULU. It says it's for  textbooks, but what could possibly be different if you have it in pdf or Word format?

Daniel,
I don’t know.
There are SO MANY free WLS recipes online these days.
If you did ok on the first one, maybe look at “target marketing” this one a little stronger?
Get some of your “dot-comrades” to “pimp it” on some of the various WLS sites?
Maybe even consider a “cheaper for the buyer” E-Book?
Craig Thompson over at his site- RenewedReflections,
Did an E-Book about WLS and insurance approval.
Maybe drop him an e-mail and ask what his experience was with that project?
clearly it was cheaper to produce, but that may have meant the income was also lower….0

Check all of your options.
Whatever you decide to do-
CONGRATULATIONS!
Putting all of that info together is an awesome task,
And considering your continued success, the info you have to share
Already has “Street-Cred.”
Hope whatever you do, ends up working out for you.

Daniel,

I recently found this web site.  It seems to let you "publish" a book and people can down load a copy and print it out themselves.  I have no experience with the web site and if there are any fees, but it may be worth looking into.

Good luck

Post-WLS, I've become somewhat of an amateur chef myself. I tend to get everything off the internet for a couple of reasons. First, it's free (and I'm a cheap bastage). Secondly, convenience and variety. Not wanted you wanted to hear I know and I may be an exception.
