My 6 month anniversary was yesterday... Very happy with my results so far.

Highest Weight=462#
Surgery Weight April 11 = 433#
Current Weight = 314#
Weight Loss this Week = 5#
Total Weight Loss Since Surgery 6 Months Ago= 119#

Grand Total Weight Loss=148#

It's been forever since I've posted to this thread...

3 Years ago this month I had my first consultation with the Oregon Weight Loss Clinic.
I weighed 330 lbs. My all time high!!!
When I went in for surgery on May 2nd 2006 I weighed 304.

Currently I weigh 195!!!
I vary between 190 and 195, and must say that for the most part it is really not difficult to maintain at this level.
