DANCING LESSONS...

Think of it as a chance to get in some excercise and if she is cute you can cop a feel.

Dancing is actually on my list of stuff to do post-wls.

Dancing is something I'll be getting back into this month. 6 years ago I hit on the perfect Christmas gift for my wife. The local Arthur Murray's was offering a 4 lesson demo for $99. My wife has always liked to dance and I was like every guy I know, two slow dances at two wedding receptions a year and that's it. I knew this was an intro to get you to purchase more, very expensive lessons. I also knew that my wife can make a nickel squeak. I also found out that I was the hit at Christmas because everyone thought "How thoughtful and sensitive." I was on top of the world. After our fourth lesson, the instructor brings us into the office for a critique and what do you know, we showed real potential. I knew better but I also knew that all I had to do was wait for the pitch and as soon as my wife saw the price, I was home free. They showed us the initial contract and it was over $1500. In my most sensitive and thoughtful voice, I told my wife that it was a lot of money but I'd do whatever she wanted. SHE COULDN"T GRAB THE PEN FAST ENOUGH!!!!! So much for smug. That's how my "career" started. It ended a couple of years ago when my feet and legs got so bad I couldn't stand for long. She enjoys it so much and I've dragged her camping, scuba diving etc so I guess I owe her this. Secretly, I kind of enjoy it but don't tell her. I'm still trying to get some mileage out of this.

Thanks for your support. Im still in the HOPE I DONT THROW SOMETHING OUT stages.. You'll all know if I survive SAT stay tuned..  If you hear nothing this weekend that means I have been rushed to the ER  either dead or unable to move. I HOPE  they go easy on me.

UPDATE ON DANCE LESSONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAD THE FIRST DANCE CLASS TODAY.. It was actually kind of fun. Im not a natural but, no one in the class was.. I do feel like I got a good workout today though.. Im sore.... But, I dont feel like Ive been beat up either... So I guess this might be a good idea... We're learning the CHA CHA...

Keep everything vertical podnah. And if you do end up horizontal, put a cap on it.

 Tons of other chicks in a class like that. Will you be able to include them as well if you want? Maybe you'd better decline and find your own dance class!
