Well got back in the gym used moderate weights upper body only, 100 sets on the Graviety Glider, 10 pull-ups. No leg exercise still nursing the knee's.

I still need to get off of my tail and join a gym for real workuts but I did do my usual 1 mile walk last night with Dakota the super Dal.

Great job, RockyTop. I've had a kickass week on the exercise front this week even though I haven't been outside on the bike for a while. Been spinning and doing my core workout in the gym every night along with my pushups and situps every morning. I can't spin nearly as well as I was able to, watt-wise, but it's coming back. .

It's the old "use it or lose it" principle and the losing of the conditioning happens fast.

Tuesday:

(I don't see a Tuesday edition) P90X Chest and Back which is 200 pushups and 100 pullups, plus about six sets of bent over rows - It's a killer.

Wednesday:

I skipped exercise simply BECAUSE I had worked out 1-2 hours a day for five days straight. Decided to take the 6th day off.
