Great job, RockyTop. I've had a kickass week on the exercise front this week even though I haven't been outside on the bike for a while. Been spinning and doing my core workout in the gym every night along with my pushups and situps every morning. I can't spin nearly as well as I was able to, watt-wise, but it's coming back.
