Got in my noon walks yesterday and today.

I have been really busy at work and at home lately.  I have hit my first plateau staying at 235 for about a week now.  I am trusting that things will get moving again.

20 minute run, 40 minutes of weights, 20 minutes on the bike.  Now I just want to go to bed.

I have 0 energy today.

Good Job Seht, you might try taking insome Protein about 1 hr. before your work-out should help keep your energy level up. Rocky Top

P90X, KenpoX   (around 50 minutes). I sweat a little bit but otherwise barely got out of breath.

Alrighty...I am one of the "old guys" that's been around since before a FART was a FART...but I've been AWOL a bit and this new one needs explaining...

I"m guessing it means  I Did Get Off My Butt ? ?  but let me in on it's real meaning....

30 minutes on the treadmill

Parked and walked a mile and a half to a politcal rally and then stood for 5 hours straight before walking the 1.5 miles back to the car.  All in 87 degree heat - what happened to fall?!?

Now I just want to go to sleep in my recliner.

past 3 days have been good at the gym...

45 min on the eliptical
and 1-1:15 on the free weights

and then crunches....

last night I had trouble sleeping..my chest and arms...

so I gave it a rest today
