Remember we all are different and we do need to have our bloodwork done at least quarterly the first year, semi annually the second and annually 2 years post - forever. When bloodwork does comes back with a problem, have it retested before you make adjustments to your regime.

I like your idea of using a tray for all the pills. Good visual. I may adopt that.

I take a chewable multi-vite (trader joes), a calcium (Citrical Petiet), and a b-12+folate (trader joes) under the tongue on my way out the door in the morning. I keep a chewable iron (natures pantry) in my pocket which I take around lunch or sometime in the morning when I remember it.
I put two doses of calcium citrate powdered (UpCal D) in a large water bottle which I sip on during the day. I love the way my cloudy water grosses out my students! But honestly, they seem very intrigued with my healthy acts, and love telling me that they took their vitamins that day too! Last year a student said he takes a vitamin because "his mom don't cook him no good food." yikes
Sometimes I throw in some C for good measure, escpecially if everyone else around me is getting sick.
My blood work has always come back clean.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
2 flintstones in the morning right after the tooth brushing is done
2 400mg calcium citrates at night right before I go to bed.
b-complex sublingual drops on the mornings when I think about it
b-12 shot in the ass once a month
I used to take iron, but it was causing a pile up in the brown lane, so I'm going without it for a while to see if I can. Check blood tests next month to see where iron is at.

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
