What's you daily vitamin routine like?

I currently take a extended release multi, an extended release b12 an OMEG 3, a ginseng,, and a chromium with iron all in the morning before I leave the house.. Am I suppose to be taking more?? Will then tell me to take more after surgery. Im really not a pill person.

Here're my list with sources.  I like to take them together in the groups they are in and like to take the groups in the order they are here.  So, iron in the morning, probiotics at bed.

MegaFood Blood Builder (Iron 26 mg)

Ok

When i get up for my 2 am Pee: 150 mg of Iron, it's the only time of the day I don't eat 2 hours before or 1 hours after...ROFL...if I miss it I take it when I wake up, and then wait an hour to eat. My calcium has C, B12 and folate built into it.

Breakfast:
1000 mg of C
25,000 mg of A
Super B complex
sublingual B-12 (i've cut back on this to 3 days a week because my b12 levels are 1600...lol DSers absorb b vits well)
Multi
Milk thistle
Selinium

1 hour later:

2 calcium citrate
1 50K IU of D

Lunch time:
2 calcium citrate

Dinner time:
multi
zinc
milk thistle

1 hour later

Calcium citrate

Bed time

2 calcium citrate
1 50K IU of D
1000 mg of Magnesium oxide.

 Hey Scott,

Are you still on the NOW Iron complex? (The one that is 158 mg Ferrochel)

That's only 27 mg elemental iron, right?  Or, are you popping more than one pill to bring you up toward 150 mg Iron elemental?

Yeah I pop 5 of them at a time....so techinically I'm getting in 160 mg of iron...instead of 150...no biggie..my levels are good.
