Wow rock climbing cool!

I always wanted to try rapelling, but I have a fear of hights, most of which was caused by being afraid I would break the rope.  I may have to go back and address that issue now.

Good luck with the climbing, and looking forward to seeing the pics.

Rock climbing??  Dude...take the stairs!

I've never really walked up to a rock and and the thought "I must climb you" enter my little noggin, but good luck my brother!  Now rapelling....yeah, I've done that.  Even at my fattest (384 lbs)  when I arranged my fire department to be certified in high angle and rope rescue to help serve the inevitible accident in one of our many grain elevators, I felt I had to do the training myself...what a rush! 

My IDGOMB for the day...still working into it with the walking thing.  At this point that's all I'm ready to do still, but I'm getting the hang of setting the alarm clock for a godless hour of dark and together with my wife, we hit the streets.  I always told her if she took up with me, one day she'd be a street-walker!!

Rock climbing ...

= Unable to think about anything else but staying on the cliff. Should be a major diversion from the difficulties in life.

(Death yoga, my workout buddy 10 years younger couldn't finish)

Saturday a.m.: 12 hours after said "Yoga of Death":

One hour of jogging. Now, getting ready for a P90X workout involving legs and pullups.

Am I an animal, or what?

OK, so I only got in 20 minutes of walking at lunch time.  BUt, I got it in.  Today (Saturday) I plan on hitting it hard with aerobics.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.....   3minutes on the eliptical.... never doing that one again........ very painful today and 7minutes on the bike thingy...... all yetserdy but paying for it today
