Sunday Weekly Weigh-In!

Apparently Dx is otherwise occupied so I will lead off this week. I am still on a slow but steady decline. This is the 93rd week of my weight loss journey. I am steadily sneaking up on the Doctors Goal of 225#, but I am still firmly focused on MY goal of 195#. After I hit MY goal, I may even try to sneak on down to 192.6# just to make it an even 200# lost, but even if I just stabilize in the 195# - 200# range, I will have lost roughly ½ of my body weight. With that all being said, here are my results to date.

Something I don't usually add it... I started this journey wearing a 62" waisted pant and it was tight... today I am wearing a very loosly fitting 42" pant.

233 today, not sure what I was last week, but it was probably around 236, had a few days of plateau this week.

Last Monday morning, 221 pounds.....this morning 217 so back down below my "red line" weight of 220 pounds. Had a great week of exercising and eating so maybe lost a couple pounds of real weight over the week.

Thanks for keeping the weekly weigh-in tread going, semperfidad! It's all about awareness and accountability and this thread provides both on a weekly basis. Also, a weekly weigh-in (same time, same scales, etc.) tends to be more accurate than daily given all the water weight fluctuations which can take place.

Goal I keep changing my mind Dr says 170 I say 150. We shall see when I get near there.

I am keeping a steady 3 pounds a week average. It seems so small but it keeps adding up and my mind can not seem to make sense of that.
